Very disappointed that I was led to believe that it would come with trivet and potholders
I returned the first one thinking that it was missing items. I received the replacement and it did have potholders but no trivet. The pot seems to be of good quality so I will keep it even through my disappointment

Cooking surface
The cooking surface is a little rough and bumpy; not as well seasoned as other brands I've purchased. Everytime I use it, it appears to be a little rusty when I'm done serving, even before the pot has been emerged in water, so I need to be careful to get all areas well oiled when I'm done using it. I save snd refrigerate bacon grease for this purpose - works like a charm! I also "dry" them on the stove top over medium heat to ensure there is no moisture left before I season them.

Disappointed
This pot came very well packaged, and the shipment box, product box, and items included were not damaged. I was looking for a ready-to-use pre-seasoned cast iron dutch oven with a larger cooking diameter than my current one. Given the stated 10.2 inch diameter, I thought this would be adequate. There was no stated cooking diameter (the flat cooking surface on the bottom of the pot). In case anyone was wondering, if you stretch it, it could be considered 8.25" (if you crawl just a bit up the sides) Otherwise, it's about 8". It's difficult to predict the interior cooking diameter since it will depend on the angles of the sides of the pot. Next, the product images that show the top of the lid, show a blank lid, but mine had a brand name imprinted on it (Kutime). I'd guess this could be sanded off if you really didn't want to see it each time you cover your pot. Next, if you scroll down to the Product Description, you will see an image that says "Smooth Inner Wall" with a picture of beautifully smoothed interior wall, but this is nowhere to be seen inside the pot that I received. The interior (and exterior) of this pot and lid are as smooth as very coarse sandpaper, which is exactly what I didn't want to have to deal with. This item would need a good amount of sanding (and then of course several rounds of seasoning) to get even close to the somewhat rough finish on a typical Lodge cast iron pan. Finally, the grills on the lid are so close together that it would make cleaning in-between them more difficult than a normal grill pan. As a result, your fingers will most likely not fit in the grooves of the lid of this pot, in case you wanted to loosen particles or scrub the grooves by hand. Some people might want the grill marks closer together, but if you weren't expecting it, this could be a surprise for some people. Compare the images of the spacing of the grill lines with other products to decide what kind of spacing you'd prefer. It's still a functional pot, just not what I was expecting based on the description, and I will still have to search for a more suitable pot.UPDATE: To be honest, when I purchased this pot, I was looking for a cheaper version of the Lodge Chef's Collection 6qt Dutch Oven (with the grill pan in the lid). That pot costs $30 more than this one, but you can sometimes find them for cheaper through Amazon Warehouse. But seriously if you were thinking of doing what I wanted to do (save money), DON'T! It's a waste of time and money, just buy the Lodge (from Amazon, or from Lodge direct), it's 10X better than this pot, and definitely worth the extra money. It's larger, much better built, much better grill pan, etc. It may need some minor edge sanding, and some extra layers of seasoning (which you should do with all "pre-seasoned" cast iron anyway!) and it's really a nice one. I have a bunch of different brands of cast iron, and for a 6qt. dutch oven, the Lodge Chef's Collection version is the best I've found. Be aware that the lid on it is heavier than a "normal" lid because the grills do add some weight.
