Q: This cabinet looks more slate blue in the pictures, is it a true gray?

It is gray but there are hints of blue, I would not call it a true gray

Q: Can you remove a shelf or not install a shelf in order to make one be taller, instead of 9 inches?

Yea I left out one shelf to make it for taller bottles. The shelves are pre-drilled so moving them is not an option, so leave it out. I love mine.

Q: Instructions missing: my shipment did not come with the instruction manual! Can someone post pictures or can the seller provide?

I would contact the seller directly. Putting it together can be a bit confusing

Q: can the door be hinged on the left?
