Ok so I got this item, used it one time, worked good, but battery won't charge, seller contact difficult to find but once found, with Amazon's help, they are sending me new battery.4 stars only because hard to find contact info and bad battery but product when working is goodUpdate, received battery, service was quick and friendly. Machine is not big so little time consuming, to be expected but cleans good and fun to use

I have just received this product and I have a cleaning person coming in to clean in the middle of August, I can't tell you how good or bad this product is.

This mop definitely saves you time and energy. I love that it is silent. It also come with different mop pads that I find very useful for my day to day cleaning. I got this for my mother's home and she has three inside dogs. She also hosts plenty of guests and she has expressed how great this mop is to get the house looking good for her gatherings. I am glad I bought this mop, definitely worth the money.

This is the best mop. It works great. I would highly recommend this electric mop. I also love to add different natural cleaners to the water tank.

As a woman of a certain age, my back could no longer take a traditional mop. It was so painful for me, that my floors were pretty dirty, as I would procrastinate. This mop has changed this. I can mop the entire house pain free. It does a good job of cleaning my tile floors. The only thing I don’t like about it is there seems to be no easy of draining the excess water/solvent. Other than that, I’m very pleased.

I wish it did a better job in the corners. Otherwise, it did a fine job.

Warum habe ich mir bloß nicht eher so ein Ding gekauft?! Wischen ist jetzt völlig easy und es kommt ein Dreck von den Fliesen runter…. unglaublich!

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht:-völlig unkomplizierte Reinigung (die Pads kommen in die Waschmaschine)-sehr leichtes Teil und Material macht mir einen sehr guten EindruckIch habe auch einen teuren Bissell (vielleicht gründlicher, aber schwer und umständlich / die Reinigung des Reinigers macht keinen Spass! >>> deshalb wird dieser kaum jemals gebraucht!)
