This is a great heater that fits perfectly to a Biorb halo 60L, sticks on fine unlike the one that comes with the tank. The temperature is showing constantly and is easy to read.

Good quality. Value for money. Looks nice in the tank. The outside use to set temp is good. Can also see what temp is inside without the need for an additional thermometer.

Product shows error code E1 when switched on and cannot be deleted, would like a replacement.

Very useful for keeping track of the tempurature in the water on an internal level and obviously functions as a good heater for smaller fish tanks. Had mine in for over a week, has not caused any issues or displayed any errors. A little bit wider than the standard models of heater you can usually see but it makes up for this by being shorter than them. That's really its only downside.

My little guy loves his new underwater heater you can adjust the temperature to suit your terrapins needs now my little one is more active great product and great value for money easy to use not difficult at all easy installation love this 🐢❤️❤️❤️

Bought two of these in February 2023, one for my community tank and one for my male Betta tank. Very easy to install, water temperature was always optimal and I was very pleased with the product. Last night both heaters failed whilst I was asleep. Nothing else in either tank had gone off and I had not had a power cut. In my community tank the heater had stopped working completely so the water was a little cool this morning but my fish were fine and I had spare heater (different brand) in a cupboard. Horrifically, in my Betta tank, the heater had gone to maximum temperature and poached my poor guy plus his snail mates. I'm so upset by the horribly cruel way my gorgeous Betta met his end. There is clearly a 'fail date' in the product of 15 months.

I really like that this has an external control so no need to take it out to adjust it.It had been working well for the last 8 weeks or so for me. I like that it shows the temperature on the heater.My digital thermometer says it runs a little hotter than shown, but overall happy so far with the effectiveness.

I read a lot about this heater, saying that it broke quickly and the temperature shut off didn't work for long so I bought a second one just in case but didn't actually think that it would break. I've just checked my fish tank and the water has to be about 5 degrees higher than I set it for, it's soooo warm so I am 100% sure the thermostat has failed and it's over heating! My poor fish have gone from 21 degrees to about 28 degrees in the space of 2 hours when I last checked it (fed them then). I really hope they survive!
