I dislike that incant use it for big cups

I'm admittedly pretty suspicious of soft-side coolers. I don't see how any fabric with flexible insulation can compare with a huge double-wall plastic or metal box that is water and nearly air tight. This thing holds a huge amount of stuff, keeps it cold and doesn't take up near the room that a 1980's plastic Igloo or metal Coleman will require. I was worried also because something that is meant to hold a lot of volume will often not hold up well to the accompanying weight of that much stuff. This one has not popped a single thread even when half (or more!) filled with liquid and gel cooler packs. We spent a week away from home, mostly driving and sleeping in hotels. Most had a mini-fridge where we could recharge our gel packs and cool down our drinks (which were still not hot at the end of the day). One particularly shabby motel did not have a fridge. We left our stuff in the cooler and added a bag of ice from the ice maker. The only bag we had was the liner for the ice bucket. The next day we drove about half the day and stopped. My wife went to get a drink from the cooler and it had about 3-4 inches of water in the bottom. Sadly the ice had melted and the bag we had it in had a hole. When we lifted the cooler out of the back floorboard of the car, we noted that there was not a drop of moisture under the cooler! The description says "not intended to put open ice" but it was water-tight for at least 5-6 hours.The size of this cooler seems more commercial than a regular cooler for home use. Also the dividers, while being very versatile take up a lot of space and often we don't use them. We used the bag also when we went to get takeout. By the time we got home, some of the styrofoam to-go containers had "melted" and the ones on top had sunk into the ones on bottom. I can vouch: it holds 4 full sized 3-compartment styrofoam restaurant to-go "clamshells" and it will keep them so hot that may "wilt". This cooler bag is a great value for the money.

If you deliver food for one of the food delivery services, get this. One day you are going to get an order for a bunch of drinks and it will go to a person on a fifth floor walk up. Enough said.Or maybe you are Dad and always sent to get the fast food for the fam. You get five drinks and only have two in-car drink holders. Your fast food place always has surly people working who shouldn't be in customer service. Asking for a drink holder will only get you an eye roll, attitude, and the lie that they don't have them right now. And if you are reading this and that doesn't happen where you live, you are lucky!This is just handy to have for Dad or Mom or anyone who does the family food pickup. Totally worth the money as compared to the time it takes to clean up spilled drinks. Five stars!

I constantly transport larger containers of food. Most will fit in a standard cooler but storage of traditional coolers can be an issue if space is tight. This folds flat and is a great space saving option. Well constructed. I felt the price was reasonable.

So every drink slot can be customized to fit whatever size drinks your delivering. Each divider is velcroed in. In the picture I have a 32oz cup in there with all dividers placed equally and it is snug but not so tight that you can't remove it easily. It's very insulated woth thick material. Also, the whole dividers section comes out just by removing velcro sections. I really like this bag. It will work nicely at the kids ballgames as well as delivery service. It's like a big cooler bag. Really nice quality!

I’m not a DoorDasher or Uber driver. I needed one of these because I sometimes do fast food runs for my family and getting a drink holder nowadays is like an act of congress. I don’t want spilled soda all over my car, so one of these seemed like the best option. I LOVE the fact that I can remove as many of the sections as I want so that I can sit bags of food in it as well. The Velcro is strong and holds really well and the lid zips up just fine. Seems to be very quality. The only thing I’ll add is that it is pretty big and is more suited for professionals who deliver food on a daily basis. There are probably smaller bags out there for home-use. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, I consider it a 5 star product.
