Easy to take
I’m on a high protein diet and don’t always eat enough greens for fiber so I decided to take this to achieve overall fiber balance. So far gut health seams to be great no issues.

Updated directions
I’ve noticed a lot of the other reviews have photos that show the directions state to take 1 to 2 capsules up to twice daily.The directions I have on my bottle say to take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily.The dosage is potent. Make sure to drink well above 8oz of water with this—it assists in the expansion of the psyllium husk and not drinking enough water may result in bloat/constipation.I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day so that is not an issue for me. Noticeable difference in “movement” after just two servings.I take 2 capsules after each meal (2 caps, 3 times per day).Great bang for buck.

Awful stomach discomfort. Careful with the label warning
Made me really sick. Be careful. Why in the world would you even sell a product with a warning label. My stomach is very uneasy. Dollar general has the best psyllium husk imo
