I was so pleased and happy when the product arrived. The finish was perfect, and matched the rest of the bathroom items I purchased. Unfortunately, it turned out to be so disappointing, actually a disaster that I will have to live with. The diverter knob to turn and identify where the water will come out (spout, rain head or wand) DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. The knob turns 360 degrees, and never set at 1 location. You have to keep turning to guess where the water will come from. So sad because contractor already installed the unit, and IT'S TOO LATE since we can't break the wall down to replace with another product, and pay for re-install. The directions do not address this issue. It is so inconvenient and we have to be outside of the tub if not water sprays all over. I wish I had time to test over and over to know that it would fail within the first 2 uses. This defect is horrible for the price of the unit. I so wish that I could break the tiles, and purchase something else. My recommendation is for whomever to buy another brand since I wouldn't want someone else to share the same experience, knowing this defect. This sucks!UPDATE: 1/6/22 changing to 1 StarThis is horrible. We love with it but the knob turning in any direction continuously is a nightmare. Not being able to make a exact selection has confused and sprayed water on us living in the house it over the holidays our guests also complained. What’s the point of having a good looking set of it is Not functional. I highly recommend that buyers purchase another product. The vendor did reached out and after I supplies multiple videos? Their suggestion was to send me a new knob, which will Not Fix the problem. It’s bad workmanship.

As a general contractor and being a pipefitter by trade, I’m very picky on things being straight and plumb when it comes to finish work. This mixer’s 1/2” NPT outlets were all tapped crooked to the point where I had to install the mixer itself out of plumb. It was too much to just slightly deflect the copper tubing, so in order to line up the shower head with the tub spout, it required giving some ground on being perfect. Which, as it stands, is unfortunate because the valve itself is on a vertical grout line so it’s more obvious. Overall an ok product but spending more than $100 on it I expect it to at least be able to be installed with quality. Also, the hot/cold escutcheon for the valve is a pressure fit style. Would’ve been much more ideal to have some set screws as again I had to seal around the back of it to be 100% sure of water tightness. In summation, we’re the (5) outlets on the mixer not so poorly milled, it would’ve been pleasant to work with and worth the asking price. As far as functionality goes, it’s a good valve, assuming it lasts and holds up well.

UPDATE:Contacted the company and they offered me a solution to my problem. Back to being happy. Great customer service makes a company worth buying from again.I loved the look of it and works great, but after about a month after install the black finish started to come off the bathtub spout off when cleaning. No harsh chemicals, not hard scrubbing, nothing was sitting on it, just started peeling. No issues with any of the other components though. Everything looks great but with how much I spend I am disappointed i had an issue with the spout.

Stores do not carry 3 way systems, especially with a larger rain shower. This one is 10in which fit over the tub perfectly and the rain feature is super relaxing. The handheld is perfect for rinsing shower walls and tub aside from regular shower use. Uniquely shaped tub spout makes the water flow out flat and it’s a cool feature. This system was one of the least expensive out there. However, our plumber was shocked at the price since similar high-end models he had installed in luxury homes were at least over $1K. The plumber did have to find workarounds and update the pipes in our older bathroom before our tile was installed. This shower system offers versatility and is very stylish.

**edit as of 8/3/21So after contacting the manufacturer, and sending pics of the parts that were missing. They contacted me pretty quickly and called to make sure all information was correct and they shipped out what was missing. Pretty good customer service about making it right. So hopefully the parts will come in soon.Did not come complete with all the import small pieces… kinda frustrating
