Very pleased with these! Paints are flexible enough to use on my neck and elbow. Velcro strap adheres well and it's quite soft and comfortable. Helps relieve my pain and stays cold!

Great product for tendinitis. Love that there are 2 inserts so while one is freezing the other can be used. The gel packs fit perfectly into the sleeve and it can wrap around and attach to itself.

Good product. I use the microwave to heat the gel pack and it worked as advertised. Caution not to overheat it may make it difficult to handle getting it in the sleeve. Did about 2.5 minutes in increments. It lasted for about 20- 30 minutes at an effective heat but stayed warm for more than an hour

Just had major lumbar spine surgery a few days ago, and I was anxious to get home and try this ice pack belt made with a gel, rather than the ones in the hospital that used ice chips- which are angular and hard and sharp and very uncomfortable against tender and sore muscles and tissues. I wasn't disappointed. The gel packs take just a short time to get down to temp, and I just keep swapping them out: one in the freezer, and one on the lower back.The velcro closure works easily and the belt is nice and wide, so it holds well around the waist, without squeezing the breath out of you, and without being uncomfortably tight. The fitted bag that holds the ice packs also has a velcro closure.I'm happy with my purchase, and it's well-made enough that I'll keep it in the medicine chest for any potential future need.

Just what I needed. They're good quality and the price was right... I only wish I had purchased them sooner but I'm so glad I found these. I'm slim and these were perfect for me to we rap around the my lower back to ice an injured rib but if your heavy you may want to purchase the longer version. These fit me with a few inches to spare.

Great. It is easy to use and apply to the skin without burning yourself. I do jiujitsu, so I get hurt frequently, so it's a lifesaver. It's a good size and fit. I haven't had any leakage until now.
