My legs and feet ache when I am on them for a while. I use these under my calves and feet. After about 20 minutes my legs and feet begin to feel better. Be sure to place a towel between you and the ice packs. They are very cold. They weren’t intended for this purpose but they work for me.

This ice pack is perfect for my neck and shoulders. My only complaint is that it’s stiff coming out of the freezer and difficult to use. Once it thaws a bit it’s great! I use it for neck pain and I’ve definitely noticed a difference.

These are amazing for treating swelling. These freeze very cold and stay cold for a coupe of hours. I use these on my lower back and they are the perfect size. Highly recommend
