I wish I'd bought this one first, easily customizable to provide compression at the right area with no discomfort or bulges visible.

My title says it all. It wouldn’t stay in place. Did not provide adequate pressure. The pad pocket even spins on its strap.

I ordered the small based on the reviews, but it is extremely tight on me & I’m a 33" waist. I should have ordered a medium, but that one might be too big? I have a left side hernia & I have to tick the right side pads under the left one to use ALL of them on my left to get it:to work or support. And yes, it is overpriced!

I have a 32” waist and ended up keeping the small size which stretched at my waist, but the tightness was bearable and still had some stretch left. The medium was a tiny bit loose at the waist, and was pulled down more by the support straps.Equal or better in build quality than all of the several belts that I tried. Most adjustability toget the support exactly where you need it, and as comfortable as any other belt I used. Really like the stackable pads that allow you to get just the right thickness.

I used this hernia belt and was able to walk 30 minutes on a treadmill without any pain.

I have been wearing a herna belt for over 20 years and there are great ones out theree - this isn't one. Not being able to adjust the wiast belt is horribly ineffective.

The pads for this belt are made of a cheap styrofoam material. The straps that hold the pockets for the pads are on the bottom of the pockets, therefore they do not tighten down enough to provide the support I need. Also, the pockets slide up and down on the strap meaning they can reposition themselves after you have put the belt on

So far working great.

It works but still need something tighter

This belt lacks any support for your hernia because the way the foam pad pockets attach to the belt. Would not buy again.

The pads don't stay in one place, I have to always adjust
