i received my iSoothe massager earliercthis week..and this is one of my best purchases from Amazon so far. i am on my laptop most the the time and since i am in the Operations team i also deal with customer complaints and escalations. i was looking for something that can help me relax after my work hours and help me with better sleep. iSoothe is excatly what i was looking for..it gives me that much needed warm massage around my eyes and temples. I even tried it using as a head massager and it worked..!! i am using it everyday and also fell asleep with this on as couple of times. the sleep quality has also improved and i wake up feeling all fresh..i am really happy with the purchase.

1.Does not fit snugly to get a proper comfortable massage despite adjustment options claimed.2. The massager above eyebrows is only thud sounds that's incoporated but no physical touch.3. So if one is happy just feeling the massage with sounds and only a compression at temples then you can buy or if it's buyers psychology that once you buy you start convincing yourself that you like the product or one is very stressed and anything is good enough then one can buy. Just covering the eyes with a cloth can also relax the eyes which is the only purpose this equipment serves very effectively but 3999/- is too much for this benefit .4. I wanted to return the product and while return option showed and I placed return request much later I saw that seller has deactivated the return button and forces one to replace only. The issue has been escalated and lies with Amazon to address.

Product is good but check if it's used product or not

I had lot of Problem with eye like strain, redness and heavy blinking. I won't say that It will 100% help with that but it will relieve stress to some extent. Indeed Very useful. Thanks !!

Using it for a week. Quite helpful to relax eye muscles. After working long hours infront of computer using it for 15-20 mins does it. Don't like the vibration so mostly using it in the Smart mode. Mild heat is the best. Full charge lasts for about 6-7 cycles usage. Hope it lasts long.

The media could not be loaded. i bought and used it once only and kept it today again i wanted to use it was discharged and now its not getting charged neither is it working . i had a word with team xech and they immediatly sorted the issue out and sent me a brand new product which is working great .thank u team xech.
