Bike rack (for 2 e-bikes) arrived within a few days of ordering and appears to be a sturdy and good quality unit (based on only one use so far). Seems to be good value too at less than $320. Holds bikes firmly with very little shake or wobble when driving. Simple to assemble. When mounted on the hitch, tilts down and up very easily. No problems or issues with it yet. Does everything I need it to perfectly. Would strongly recommend at this point. Good little instructional video by Vibrelli to go with it, which was one of the factors that sold me on the product.

We selected the Vibrelli V70 series because it is engineered to transport two e-Bikes and has a number of positive reviews using it it in a similar application to our own - mounted to the back bumper of our camper. Loading is simple and intuitive. Each bike is secured to the rack at each tire, clamped down with a foam padded locking cargo hook, and a cinch strap that holds both bikes together in one solid mass. The anti-rattle mechanism is super helpful in eliminating additional of movement inside the receiver, too.All of these fantastic features pale in comparison to Vibrelli's superior customer service. On our first trip out, one of our e-Bikes suffered a bit of damage from one of the hook clamps. It's not clear to me if the bike vibrated from its original position or if the clamp might have moved, but when we arrived at our destination about 100 miles away one of the the hook clamps was no longer clamped down on the frame. There is an advisory in the product description suggesting the need for a crossbar adaptor for "step-thru" frame designs. This particular e-Bike does not have a step thru design but, in Vibrelli's defense, the crossbar on the frame is angled at about 30 degrees below horizontal.I found the Vibrelli customer contact portal through the My Orders area on Amazon and sent a short message with a few photos and asking them to contact me. I received an acknowledgement within 24 hours letting me know the issue had been passed on the Vibrelli's director who, after a few email exchanges, contacted me to set-up a time for a phone call. The conversation was pleasant and constructive. In addition to compensating us for the damage, he offered to provide us with a crossbar adapter to help avoid potential damage on future outings. I was left with the impression he was genuinely interested in resolving the issue to our satisfaction.After coming to an agreement, follow-up on their commitment was quick and consistent. In the end, I believe in the superior engineering of the Vibrelli V70 series. More importantly, Vibrelli's director made a personal connection to resolve the issue. It's good to know that kind of "the buck stops here" leadership is alive and well at Vibrelli. Thanks Michael.

Es un excelente producto, hecho con materiales fuertes y de calidad. El rack y las bicicletas pueden montarse sin dificutad en aproximadamente 15 minutos pues las instrucciones son claras e inclusive hay un video en internet.La perilla "anti Traqueteo" funciona muy bien, aunque vino un poco dañada la perilla de plástico, la pegué y era solo algo estético.Puede cerrarse con llave tanto la perilla giratoria que fija el rack al tirón, como cada uno de los soportes verticales de las dos bicicletas, todo con la misma llave (vienen 2)La puerta trasera de mi auto abre horizontalmente, por lo que no puedo abrirla mucho con las bicicletas montadas. Anque eso era de esperarse.Las dos bicicletas van muy seguras y disfruté mucho mi primer excursión con mi hijo.Veamos al paso del tiempo como resiste...

I love the rack and the ease of loading my back on the rack. One suggestion is to check the anti-wobble knob periodically even when locked in place it can loosen up. Recently I had a misadventure that was my bad, I neglected to fasten the wheel straps and while making a left-hand turn the bicycle slid out of the rack onto a main street. If I had fastened the straps it would never have occurred. Fortunately, it caused minor damage but I was able to straighten out the derailleur assembly, and the gear shifter after a few adjustments is working fine. I was wondering if there is any way to obtain foot straps to use as an additional method of securing my bike to the vertical bar on the rack. I do not fault Vibrelli for my mishap if I had properly secured my e-bike it would never happened.

This comes in a big box but it is well packed, well made, easy to assemble, and the mechanism is impressive.I would certainly buy another, (Too bad they don't make one for the smaller North Americsn hitch size)
