Weak stress point, will break on you.
Girlfriend broke hers simply by pressing on her shoulder and neck too much/too hard. Amazon graciously sent another. The second one broke within five days of use, when the original lasted three.Would not buy again.

It works on the spots it can reach, but it's too small to be truly effective for me (a tall guy)
I was looking forward to this as an alternative to my Theracane, since I thought the adjustable dual knobs on the end would be more versatile. As it turns out, this isn't very versatile and doesn't work as well as other products I've tried for self back massage and myofascial release. I have a Theracane and that works pretty well. I've also tried some of the more versatile products like the Body Back Buddy. I also use some of the trigger point balls, and place one between my back and the wall and put pressure on the sensitive spots that way.The problem with this one is it is really just too small, and the curve isn't wide enough. I'm a pretty tall guy and I just can't access the spots on my back that really need it with this product. As another reviewer wrote, the only real advantage this has over similar but more versatile products is that it is small and so it would be easy to travel with ... but it's being so small means it is less useful and so I'm not likely to pack it.

Good For Where It Can Reach
So this is a pretty basic tool: the green end can be put in any one of four positions, one of which SHOULD do the trick for what you're trying to massage. Put it where you need it and pull the handle end to apply fairly deep tissue massage. The problem is the size, both overall and the width of the curve: for getting to hard to reach places on me, at least (6'1, 230 lbs) this just isn't long enough or open enough to fit around me and far enough.Manufacturing quality also seems a bit on the cheap side, though while it feels (and sometimes sounds) like it might break, it hasn't yet. It's a great idea, and on the areas I can reach it works pretty well, but it's definitely hobbled by its size.

Good for reaching those sore spots.
This unique design helps get to those hard to reach sore spots. I have several different types of massagers like this one has rollers which are too gentle and one has a prong like this but with three points and a longer handle. This one is right in the middle. The prong at the end adjusts in different directions to hit pressure points. The curve in the handle helps get right into the shoulder and the middle of my back. I just wish that the handle was a bit adjustable to lengthen it a little more so I could get to other areas of my back. Overall, this one works well for a medium sized person, but someone over six feet might find it a bit small.
