I bought this for my 86 yr old mom to use while at our house. It was easy to put the legs in and snap the adjuster clip on. She hasn't used in an actual shower yet, but we did a dry run and it was perfect. The device was stable when she sat on it. It did not rock or move when she got up. She was able to stand up from the seat with minimal use of the grab bars. It feels sturdy without weighing a ton. I am EXTREMELY pleased with it.

We bought this for my elderly mother for a Christmas present to help her get in and out of the bathtub. It doesn’t fit our bathtub and it doesn’t fit her bathtub so something must be wrong on the sizing. It does come with an adjustment, but even with the adjustment, it didn’t go down small enough to fit in either one of our standard size tubs.

This has worked out better than even expected. It is handy for everyone of all ages.

Came quickly. Well made. Fit our claw foot bathtub. Instructions would have been nice but once I calmed down I saw there is really only one way to put it together.

Only two adjustment holes per side and they are 2” apart. So only have three length settings in 2” increments and the middle adjustment puts the seat off center.The ends on the main product image look much better than the ones on the actual product. The image shows flat bottom ends that would be much more stable.Feels like a $10 item from Dollar Tree.

I have a large garden wide tub. This was too small. It didn’t even reach from one into the next very small.

I agree with most of the reviews that it sits too low if I need to shave my legs it's perfect for that to keep me up out of the water but that's about it

Nothing wrong with the product but doesn't fit in our bathtub as we don't have a lip large enough to hold the bench
