Pretty easy to put together with two people. Came quickly and is very comfortable.

Really easy to put together and seems very sturdy. Used it yesterday as as a sun lounger and it was very comfortable.Will see how it stands up over the coming months but so far very happy with the purchase.

If I could give this product and firm minus stars I would give minus 5!As having the seat for about 3 weeks, one of the wooden slats split. On looking at and touching the wood underneath the stain, it was of dreadful quality and was so dry and brittle its no wonder it broke.I contacted the firm straight away and now I'm locked in a battle trying to get my money back.1st they offered me £30 to get it fixed. I refused and asked for a refund, but was then offered £50 which I again refused and reiterated I wanted a refund. The next offer was for £80, and at this point I was losing patience and demanded my refund. At that point I was passed to a different department, who seemed to be listening to me and I was hopeful. That was stupid of me, because being extremely pedantic, they want everything back in the original boxes. Well, I don't know about you, bot how many of you have toom to store 2 very large boxes for the year until the warranty is uo? I certainly don't. They're still in my garden, but thanks to the weather we've had they're absolutely ruined and unusable. Besides, the bench is broken, it can't be resold, which is the only reason it needs to go back in its original boxing.I also explained that I'm disabled with severe spinal damage, so I wasn't able to put it together myself, I had to pay someone, and they also expect me to pay someone to take it apart again.If I did that and they put it in the original packaging, the people coming to collect won't be able to carry it anyway, because the boxes have disintegrated.This company will do anything not to refund your money.So Amazon, if you read this I'd appreciate some help because I was sold a substandard product, and now they're looking for any way not to give me my money back.So my advice is to never buy anything from this firm, because when it breaks they'll make getting a refund as difficult as possible.Further update. This company are still refusing to accept it back in anything other than the original boxes and are still demanding that I take it apart. I've explained that with my severe spinal damage I had to pay to assemble it and will have to pay to disassemble, yet they really don't care.NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE APPAULING AND DID CAREThe 2nd photo are the 3 boxes they expect you to hold onto for 12 months. Who these days has a house big enough.

Arrived quickly ( in two separate boxes over 3 days so don't be alarmed if only half of it arrives at first). Easy to put together, pretty comfy, quite sturdy. Good value overall. Will have to wait and see how it fares being outside this summer

Feel very cheap and the cushions are awful, especially the bottom ones. Not comfortable at all!

This is a sturdy sofa which was easy to put together in about half an hour with no problems. It is gorgeous and makes a lovely addition to our garden.

Nice sofa to spend time on in the sunshine.

Ordered two of these in red, which arrived however on two separate Amazon deliverys half of each sofa on each delivery. Other problem one box contained two white cushions instead of red contacted company have had to send photos of the customs lettering on each box apparently they don't keep a record , they don't seem able to just send out two replacement cushions despite photos . Would have thought a photo of the assembled sofa would have been enough evidence. Might be quicker to just request a refund if you have faults.
