Brilliant flour substitution
We've been looking for a really good flour substitute for some time, and this is by far the best. The flavour is close to flour and it's got all the properties one would want for baking and thickening - plus it's healthy as it's full of resistant starch! Would highly recommend to anyone who has to avoid conventional flour, or who is just looking to mix up their baking.

Great quality
Awesome quality, does not have a strong banana flavour to it so could be used for anything really replacing the regular flour and it’s an excellent source of resistant starch. Had a nice message from the seller too including a recipe book with some great ideas so will definitely get some more!

First class gluten-free flour substitute - really versatile.
Really easy to incorporate instead of flour - a friend is gluten intolerant and I've been trying out some recipes for her and her children to try. Nihkan flour makes lovely light bakes and super savoury pancakes as well as sweet - so everyone is happy 😃 .Tastes much better than the standard gluten-free foods - possible because it's home-baked? The taste is neutral so it's incredibly versatile. I'll be trying other products from this range.

Great as a prebiotic in combination with probiotics
I use this for pancakes as it is great for gluing it all together, and i also use it as a prebiotic in combination with probiotics, it really helps to soothe the gut. I gave it 4 stars because its a bit expensive.

Worth it
Got this flour about 3 months ago. I’ve been low carbing for a long time and love this flour. It makes great and anything you want really. It does have a tiny subtle banana flavour but it’s practically unnoticeable so I wouldn’t worry about it.

A great alternative to regular flour
My dietician suggested to me this product and I can make lots of things with this such as pancakes and cakes. It is healthy product and the perfect alternative to regular flour. I heartily recommend it. :-)

Great product BUT VERY EXPENSIVE
I used to buy this flour in Brazil but it was not very expensive. It is a good product but a bit difficult for coeliac people like myself to be able to afford this product on a monthly basis, its very expensive.
