Yes, is it standard 1/4 inch NPT female inlet.

Q: does this product have a bleeder valve on it for letting out some air to reach your psi

Q: How long is the metal shaft on the air-chuck?

The metal air chuck piece is about 14in with a 12in rubber hose then gauge and hand valve

Q: Is Mine missing something internal. Both chucks blow air out without sealing one or the other.

Mine does the same. i believe it is the valves they are using, designed to blow air. this is a faulty design. I replaced the valves from another stem and it works fine. Also, not sure about how well the gauge works. I can't match the pressure with another gauge.
