All I have to say is' "what are you waiting for?!" Try it. It's natural and it works! It helped my preperiod depressive mood/irritability 2-4 weeks after I started taking 80mg daily in the morning of Chasteberry.I'm sure you looked it up, and were skeptical because of the name “chasteberry” - "that may reflect the traditional belief that the plant promoted chastity. Monks in the Middle Ages reportedly used it to decrease sexual desire." THIS IS DEBUNKED, AND A MYTH. Of mabe at a much higher dose? I can tell you, on this dose, it's not true. TMI 🙃 but we're all adults here.Do yourself a favour and talk your pharmacist about it and just try it! 😊

Interesting thing is I have always had periods like clockwork they are light and little to no cramping. They are regular and easy to deal with. On the other hand starting at ovulation and also during the few weeks leading up to my period I would have Cystjc acne, depression, extreme fatigue, cravings, and mood changes. I expected and dreaded these symptoms. So my pms was really a problem for me. Since I started taking vitex a few months ago I noticed a improvement in how I feel and my symptoms for pms are gone. I take one pill a day in the morning and I take a break from taking it while I am on my period. LOVE this stuff! I recommend this to every woman.
