Q: I'm considering purchasing a few of these, some to give as gifts. Anyway, does this one come with the wrench? The less expensive one has the wrench.

This model does not come with the wrench. The model with the wrench is a vandal resistant shower head - made for multi-tenant housing.

Q: Can you turn the Water off at the head or do you have to turn the handles off??

You have to turn the water off at the handles.

Q: Is the spray adjustable? If so, is the "strong" setting enough to rinse a disposable razor?

Rafi, I'm not sure if the spray is adjustable; I wasn't able to get more than a gentle sprinkle out of this shower head. No water pressure at all, so I would say "no" to it being strong enough to rinse a razor. It may conserve water, but I could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair with this one. I can't recommend this one at all. I removed it and bought this one instead: The Clearly Pure Shower Head by Barclay's Buys. Excellent water pressure - really love it! It really saves water, especially combined with a shut-off valve, which is great since we're on water restrictions in California right now. Hope this helps!

Q: Does the water spray sting?

Showers are very personal and people prefer different flow rates, flow patterns etc. The water spray on this shower head doesn't sting, however, if you're not pleased with it, it can always be returned.
