The pills are very strong so if you're new, you might want to start with taking half a pill.They kept me much more alert than regular coffee or espresso ever do, and their effect lasts a good while.I don't regularly take them, but if I ever find myself low on energy and have something important on hand, like an exam, they basically freshen me up similar to taking a good nap.However, they can cause your mouth to feel very dry for a good while if you're not used to taking them, so I would recommend starting with half a pill or less at first.

Its a standard caffiene supplement, clean and pure.A pill with a glass of water usually does the job for me and keeps me alert for a good hour or two but it's always better to make proper sleep your first priority and use this supplement as a backup only ocassionally.
