Unlimited uses
I bought these as cake testers, and they work great for that purpose. The only problem is, they keep disappearing from the kitchen to be used in other ways! They're great for myriad craft projects, fine cleaning, and for DIY home projects. You might want to buy more than two because you will be back for more soon. I love that I don't have to use disposable toothpicks anymore, and they are way more durable than wooden toothpicks so they just work better. I also use them to check that roasted meat is cooked as the pinpricks are virtually unnoticeable but you can easily see the color of the juices.

Love it.
I bought this 2pk, because I would always be hinting through my drawers for my tester. I don’t have to do it anymore. Also it’s thinner than my other one.

Useful but flimsy
These cake testers are really useful, but they are not sturdy at all. They are fairly weak and can be bent without really trying. Super easy to clean though, and being able to reuse them is a huge plus.
