I’ve been using the Four Sigmatic Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! The peanut butter flavor is delicious, and it mixes smoothly into smoothies or shakes. What really sets this protein apart is the addition of medicinal mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, and Cordyceps. I’ve noticed a boost in my mental clarity and energy levels since incorporating it into my daily routine.

All I can say is that I went into this with absolute Zero expectations. I am a coffee person and not even good stuff, I choose instant because its faster to make then to brew a pot and have the leftover waste of a filter and grounds.I wanted to try this stuff on a whim and this brand was on sale and the cheapest. even with that its still pricey! but man the benefits for me are out of this world.I've no longer needed naps to get through my days. bed time at midnight, up at 6am and nap from 230-3pm. I do not have the jitters like I did with caffeine from coffee, and I just feel better overall. literally the only thing I changed from my diet.cons: it has the consistency of wet beach sand and it tastes like soggy cardboard mixed with powdered baking cocoa. adding sugar, stevia, Honey, mixing it in oatmeal, nothing works for me. still, I will happily power it down given how it makes me feel.

Overall, a great option for recovery, but something to consider if you need an energy boost rather than relaxation.

(New Formula) – Extremely DisappointedI’ve been a loyal customer of Four Sigmatic’s protein powder for a long time, but the recent formula change is a huge disappointment. The original version had a smooth texture, great taste, and simple clean ingredients that made it a staple in my routine. Unfortunately, the new formula has added ingrediets that make this more of a meal replacement than a simple protein with mushrooms.The taste has drastically changed— The texture is now gritty and unpleasant. It no longer has that rich, natural flavor that set it apart from other protein powders.I really wish Four Sigmatic had kept the original formula because this new version is a huge step backward. Sadly, I won’t be repurchasing unless they go back to what made their protein powder so great in the first place. If you’re looking for a high-quality, plant-based protein, I’d recommend exploring other brands.

This organic protein is amazing. The only flavor I have bought is the peanut butter. I am thrilled to be using a protein powder that is CLEAN, super nutritious and delicious. I normally add spinach and almond milk to mine. If you still need more protein, you can add Greek yogurt which is also good.I cannot say enough good things about this product. I highly recommend.

The new formula does not taste good. According to Amazon, I have purchased this product 22 times. I won't be purchasing it again.
