Perfect for frying
This stuff helps you control how much oil you use as it’s a spray.The biggest benefit though is food doesn’t stick to the pan when you use it - fry eggs etc and they never stick like they do with other veg oils.

Burns, and goes black, terrible for frying or grilling.
Canola oil (rapeseed) is usually very good for high heat cooking, but this stuff is hopeless. I cannot understand how other reviewers are using it for frying, as it just burns in the pan and goes a horrible black colour.
