Q: is there any sugar in cereal?

The is definitely sugar in this cereal. Box says. Total Sugars 7g and Includes 7g ADDED sugars. Nutritionist warn that the most important line on foods that include sugar are ADDED sugars. I bought this and can't eat it, it taste like candy wheat. I've eaten shredded wheat all my life but this version has way too much sugar. Americans are cutting back on sugars and these manufacturers should also. IMO
