Godrej Locks 3Ks Herculoc Plus (Satin Nickel)

First let me get rid of the gripes. I ordered a new product but I think the product I got was a returned/renewed product. I could tell that the 4 keys have been used as it's plastic bag was tampered and open. There was no usual Amazon packaging and the product was delivered in it's original box itself with just the address label stuck on top of it. So 1 star for the seller and packaging. Now the product itself is 5 stars. I didn't return it inspite of the above and am happy with my decision. The key mechanism is reversible and very smooth. In fact it's the smoothness I have experienced yet. The dirt guard on the key hole is of good quality and will do it's job very well. The core is evva3 and said to be hard to pick (if not impossible). The construction is sturdy and the lock will resist physical attacks on it. Overall a top grade padlock which I will highly recommend to anyone serious about security.

This is a review of the Godrej Herculoc with Evva 3KS core.Very high quality lock. The lock weighs 998 grams. So 2 grams short of 1 kg. Comes with 4 keys, 17 grams each and individually engraved with combination S/N . Very well finished. The mechanism is so smooth, both key insertion and shackle in/out. There are no springs on the shackle and the 2 ball bearings. Tight and accurate tolerances of every part of the mechanism. A piece of art, I really like the design.There's a Hex screw down the shackle, so I assume that you can change the core if you want the same key everywhere, but I've not removed this core so far.Martin Politick, December 2018.

Das Schloss macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck und hat einen ungewöhnlich guten Schließzylinder.Gerne hätte ich aus erster Hand berichtet, aber der Händler hat nicht geliefert, obwohl er als versendet markiert hat.Dann wollte er nach baggern und einen höheren Preis, mit fsadenscheinigen Argumenten...So nicht!

The lock is great and secure. This Amazon Seller worked with me over the holidays to make sure I felt protected. Great communication and Trustworthy. I will definitely be purchasing more locks from this Seller. A++++++++

Pros:1) Real good quality. You can just hold it in your hand to know how heavy it actually is.2) Keys are very unique in design. Not the kind of lock that could be picked easily.3) Works smoothly without any cranks in key rotation whatsoever.Cons:1) Value for Money is kind of doubtful as it on the expensive side.2) Sometimes the shackle gets kind of glued in the lock and needs to be pulled hard to open.
