I bought this primarily to use as a web cam. It totally failed at that: the camera shows up as "DEMO1" on the PC, but won't produce any video, which makes me think that it has firmware that was never designed for consumer use. It has a manual that's short and mostly useless, and the camera has a habit of freezing up which forced me to turn the power off and back on in a number of occasions--once I even had to remove the battery because the power button wouldn't even respond!I tried to contact support, but they only give you a QR code to scan and don't actually print their support info anywhere. The QR code leads to a third-party site which says that the code is no longer valid, so no way to contact their support team.Even as a video camera, the picture quality isn't very good. I didn't expect much from this camera for its price, but even then it still managed to disappoint me. Even within the realm of "cheap cameras from Chinese companies you've never heard of" there are better options than this.

Wow! This product is amazing. The functions and picture quality for this very affordable camcorder is wonderful. I was looking for a webcam for my business and in my search on amazon I found the Komery 4K Camcorder. The idea that I can use the camcorder as a webcam and video provides two needs that I needed to fill for my line of work. Thank You Komery. I also had to reach out to them for a question regarding the camcorder and they were quick in their reply and resolving the concern. The product and those that work for the company get an AAA+++rating

Image quality is decent, instructions are barely understandable. Not very suitable as a web cam because the lens used is focused in too close, but probably decent if just used as a camcorder. I was attempting to use as a webcam for online yoga but even when put far away it is very difficult to get a standing person fully in frame

Just received it. It says to install the Sim Card. But it does not come with it. The should tell you that. Also instructions are terrible. I'll be sending this back.

4k? Hahaha not even close! It's work fine as a web cam but the quality is trash and it always seems zoomed in. Just use your phone.
