My favorite tea!! I add honey monk sugar and oat milk. I look forward to it all day, when I get to make my kava bedtime tea! So yummy and it makes me calm and sleepy. I have a brain that doesn’t like to shut down and this tea does the trick. Highly recommend. If you have ever tried kava on its own then you would suspect it would have a terrible taste and numb your mouth, but it doesn’t. It’s the perfect amount of cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, sarsaparilla, and cardamom. BEST TEA EVER!

Taste is nice, with a natural slight sweetness. Brew 7minutes for good cup. The kava is effective, but not overwhelming, and it does relax the drinker. I sent some to my daughter too.

The Kava stress relief tea tastes great. There is no cinnamon overtone. No need to sweeten or add a creamer. LBest of all, when I can’t sleep, it helps me sleep- though I do take medications.

Once I got used to the flavor, the effectiveness for energy level without the coffee like jitters, I now drink it every morning. Try it with cream makes it taste pretty flavorful.
