Buying this ball has been my first experience with LiveInfinitely. I’ve discovered that they want happy (and healthy) customers. Their service is OUTSTANDING!!! They care and will go out of the way to make sure everything is right.I’ve had similar balls from other manufacturers, in the past. Like all other types of inflated balls, even basketballs or footballs, they all fail sooner or later, usually from an excessive air leak. This ball seems to be made of good materials, so I expect it to last for a reasonable period. The ball can be squishy or firm. I like its texture. Not slippery.The pump that accompanies the ball is fine, too. But the online description is ambiguous, stating that the pump has its nozzle stored within the handle. However, as it turns out, the pump’s handle comes in either of two different shapes, which, in turn, affects where you’ll find the nozzle. If you don’t know, you’re apt to lose the nozzle when you unpackage the pump, before you even get to use it.If the pump’s handle is cylindrical, the nozzle is contained within it (simply unscrew to remove). This is as described on Amazon. But if the handle is flat and tapered, the nozzle won’t be stored inside. Instead, it will arrive detached and loose within the package containing the pump and can easily fall out unnoticed as you remove the pump. The nozzle is small and round, so it can roll away pretty far and end up in a dark corner or under some furniture, waiting to be found (if ever). Meanwhile, unless you have something else to use, you’re left with a deflated ball. That’s what happened to me.The photos accompanying the product description on Amazon show both types of handles for the pump. You’d have to look and compare to see the differences between them. But even then, you’d have to know why it matters.I sent a nighttime email to Liveinfinitely’s customer service (email address can be found within the documentation accompanying the ball) and was surprised at how quickly I heard back — even though they were closed! Atira was understanding, personable, and responsive. Terrific to work with! She promptly arranged for a replacement pump, followed up, and even told me that they’re sending an edit to Amazon to eliminate further confusion about the pump. I rarely find customer service representatives so invested in their company — and customers! Truly a pleasure to deal with LiveInfinitely!

Perfect for Pilates exercises. Complete kit with pump, two sealer plugs, mesh carry bag. Ball is small, compact when deflated, easy to inflate and insert plastic plug. Mesh bag makes it easy to carry ball. Attractive teal color, sturdy. I've only had it for a few days so I cannot rate durability.

Product serves its purpose, needed for at home physical therapy. Sturdy and easy to inflate.

The little ball seems to be made of a thicker material and should last a long time with proper care. Very easy to inflate with pump included in the purchase. I bought the ball to supplement physical therapy at home, and I am happy with the purchase.

I had purchased another cheaper ball prior to this one, which was so much smaller than the size it was listed as and also continually lost pressure. I was so disappointed with it, I purchased the ball in this listing and I'm happy to report that after several weeks of use, this ball has stayed inflated. It works perfectly, was easy to inflate, and is also the same size as the listing says it is. I have it fully inflated, and it's still squishy enough to do the moves properly, and the texture on the outside is awesome, too! It hasn't slipped out once. I'm glad I paid a bit more to get a better product. Don't waste your money buying a cheaper ball - pay a bit more and get the better quality!

Just received the purple exercise ball. I love that it came with a little mini pump to inflate the ball. It worked very well. It came with an extra plug and a mesh bag to store or transport the ball. I can't yet rate durability or sturdiness as I just received the ball, but it looks like it will be fine and should hold up. I'm satisfied.

Size and color was what I was looking for. Once it's inflated and attempt to plug air spout most of the air has escaped. I would not recommend this item to a friend

Needed a ball for my workouts and got this one, I love it! Holds the air well and is a great addition to my workout equipment without breaking the bank!

I love pilates and barre workouts so I just had to purchase a mini exercise ball! This one looks like high-quality for a great price. It comes with a great pump/needle which made inflation super simple and a mesh bag for easy storage. I am very happy about this purchase!

Prompt delivery. Very easy to inflation unlike other similar products that I have. The ball diameter is the right size for core exercise. Ball material is sturdy & good. Bonus mesh bag is a big plus.

The material is good quality, feels sturdy as rolling with it. No leaks.
