Since I got these I haven't hurt my nuts once. This thing is lightweight and awesome. I wouldn't say I don't notice it while it's on but the compression shorts help keep it in place and it breaths well. Would recommend.

Good overall. The size small comes w a large cup. I bought these for my 12 year old son and he doesn’t need a large cup “yet” :) it was bulky for running so his old cup worked fine for now and inserted in the pocket.

Wanted product that could handle crazy 12 year old, it does the job to perfection

These are snug fitting, but the real magic is the "Y-strap" that they have designed to keep the cup flush to your body even when you are moving. This is perfect if you do any sort of sport of martial art where you can't afford for the cup to be "floating" around as you move. Well worth the premium price. They run big (according to their chart) so size accordingly. I am a 31" waist, and the Adult Small (30-32") fit perfectly.
