When you get them they seem too short but you just have to copy the old lacing pattern and keep stretching as you go. Perfect replacement!

Color was not first choice, but compromised. Had to get instructions from product description on Amazon site. Instructions don't discuss installing 2nd half of cord. Took a little trial and error to get it right. Cords initially appear too short, but when stretched during installation, they fit perfectly. Upon completion, looks great, and very comfortable.

The cords are longer than I needed (which is better than being too short), and are nice looking (the brown color matches my fabric). Assembly was easy with the metal ends on each cord. They are slightly slimmer than the old cords, but appear to be sturdy (only time will tell).

I restrung my 4 chairs with this pack. Not super fun to do (fingers got a little sore from threading and pulling), but it's WAY worth it compared to buying whole new chairs!

The birds were great and so easy to use. They were long enough with no short cuts! Great seller!

My hubby sits on his gravity chair all the time and every few years, it breaks, we throw it away and buy a new one. Getting pretty tired of doing this and was going to try to zip tie it together and googled stretchy cord and found this kit on Amazon. Wow, would I ever like to get those chairs back that we threw away!!! After about 15 minutes of work, his chair is like new again.HINTS: Don't remove old cords!! I left the old cord in the chair and used it as a guide until I was comfortable on how to weave the new cord the same as the old one. At that point, I started to snip and remove the old cord as I made my way down with the new one. This also holds the chair together for you as your work making the job very easy. If you get toward the end and feel like you won't have enough new cord, fold your chair. This creates slack in the cord and you will be able to start toward the top and pull and tighten the cord and you will then have more than enough cord to reach the end.

I purchased these replacements 2 pk cords again as I have two zero gravity chairs. The packs came with 2 shorter & 2 longer cords for top and seat sections of my chair. They were easy to replace and snug fit.

I ordered these this week and received them yesterday. I'm about to replace my chairs' cords with them now. I immediately noticed there are no instructions. So I'll dig around the net a bit to find those, but the company could've included a little printout to save me time. Additionally, the post reads "8 cords" which equals two chairs.Time will tell the quality of the strings but based on these strings in general, they should last a few seasons (more if not left out in the sun).

Great product !! Easy to replace old ones !! Just had to double up on the loops works great !! Just remember to keep one side still in tact to see how to thread it threw the holes.

The product looks great, seems quite durable and was long enough to double the strapping for adequate support.
