This is a great alternative to the horrible paper straws which are bing implemented everywhere (I know they are better for the environment but they aren’t better for an iced latte! ). You do need to squeeze the joints when you first use it so the straw opens fully.

Dont like paper straws so this is great. But took me awhile to work out u had to squeeze it to open it up fully. Almost gave up till i read another review!!

It is a really good alternative to plastic straws and it is also really handy because everywhere has paper straws and they go all soggy

Good product. Does what it says. However you have to pop the straw open yourself which wasn’t stated anywhere in the product description. And the points where the metal comes apart there are little indentations in the silicone straw I’m presuming from where it has been folded for so long in storage. You have to pry these areas apart to get any liquid through. Works fine now I’ve figured that out.

Don’t buy this straw!!The straw came broken and the hole had a split. Also you wouldn’t get any drink up there as the hole in the middle was closed.
