Iodine for nails and internal us
This work for fungi nail paint on nail but be careful when using internal this is very strong one drop only as upper limit is 1100mcg per day and one drop gives 6250mcg that's 6.25 mg also nail goes red brown but clears over a week

I wanted to take this for a few months before leaving a comment. Iodine is great for many different things I got it for radiation concerns and hair loss. I take it with selenium, magnesium L threonate, and pine pollen. Great for pre and menopausal symptoms, stopped hot flushes and with the magnesium, my sleep has improved too.My hair loss has stopped, It's thicker and the thinning in the front has vanished. Amazing product, people need to read up on the many benefits of L iodine and its incredible benefits that are vital for one's health.
