So I was looking for something that would help me sweat more and help keep my stomach flat(3 weeks post lipo). I've started back to working out and need something to wear to the gym , but still provide support.I ordered a large in the double belt version. My waist is a 30. I will say this is true to size. I typically wear a large shirt. The zipper part has very little to no stretch, so it will be tight. I probably could've done an XL for complete comfort since I am still somewhat swollen from my procedure. It's a great fit so I decided to keep it as it's very supportiveI workout out at Orangetheory Fitness about 5 times a week; so my workouts are intense. This gave me all the support I needed and a great sweat.If i had any CONS, I would say, (1) I have a short torso, so it does stop right above my pubic area which with some movements in the gym can be uncomfortable.(2) I did notice I wasn't able to fully take a deep breath while wearing. The top part stops right under breast area near diaphragm, so because the zipper portion has no stretch, it made it uncomfortable. The 4th day in the gym wearing it, I had to take it off mid class because I couldn't take a full breath with it. Once removed, all was well. I'll keep this once, but may order another in XL until my swelling resolves.

I am on day 5 of wearing this waist trainer and it tucks and smoothes your belly. I have tried other waist trainers and this one is the best for wearing under clothes. It is very long, which is great for coverage. The 2 straps for adjustment are great. I have had other waist trainers where they fit in your waist but aren't long enough or too loose at the top. I am 5'6 220lb (not a small belly) My only flaw is that it could use stronger boning/ support rods. I don't have as much support as others but still much better than without. This i definitely my daily "out and about' trainer but for more intense training or when I work out, I prefer a different one with slightly more support. 4.9 Stars would bee my true review.

IT'S AN EXCELLENT FIGURE AND POSTURE SHAPER. I LOVE IT AND RECOMMEND IT.

I was apprehensive purchasing this due to the smattering reviews but I feel I calculated the correct size and it did indeed fit perfectly. After prolonged wear, it hasn't worn down except with one of the ribbings slipping and stabs the hip but it easily pushes back into place. I'm happy to say that it has done it's job so well that it is now one size too large. One thing this product could do better is provide longer length of Velcro across the bottom strap but it's fine for now. I will be purchasing a smaller size in the near future.

Size up if you're not sure but it's perfect for me!
