BWE Chrome Waterfall 8-16 Inch 3 Holes Two Handle Commercial Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet

My wife has been wanting 'waterfall' faucets in our double sink bathroom for years. So for Christmas I finally bought a set to install in our bathroom. Installation was straightforward and easy (removing the OLD faucets, however, was a different story!).The faucets appear to be well-made and the brushed nickel finish looks very nice.Two things to be aware of:These are NOT water-reducing faucets in any sense of the word. When they are turned on, they turn out a lot of water - which is actually quite nice. Just don't expect a lower water bill after these are installed.Also, my wife and I felt out of the box the faucet handle handle orientation was a bit odd. When the faucet handles are turned to the 'off' position, they face forward, essentially parallel to the waterfall spigot. So they stick out into the sink just a bit. When they are turned 'on' the handles are pushed away from you toward the outside and are then perpendicular to the spigot. To change this, I simply swapped the two faucet mechanisms (keeping the hot water supply on the left and cold on the right) so that the handles would then be oriented perpendicular to the spigot when 'off' and then pulled toward you and parallel to the spigot when turned 'on.' I also then swapped the blue and red plastic dots on the faucet handles to keep the temperature indicators correct :) Now the handles seem more naturally oriented to our liking.

Started to write a scathing review but there is absolutely NO need to do so.I ordered 6, two were defective. Ordered well ahead of when needed for my remodel project.Amazon would not take them back although they didn’t work out of the box and customer service has zero autonomy. Policy is policy- no room to do the right thing. I was stuck.That’s where the seller came through. AquaFaucet IMMEDIATELY refunded two of them and I ordered two more. They asked only for photos of the defective parts.Several reviews mention defective faucets but I would 100% buy again from AquaFaucets as they absolutely did the right thing for me and didn’t waste a minute doing so.After dealing with Amazon’s zero help policy I didn’t think in a million years that the seller would do the right thing- my only crime was ordering parts for a big project well ahead of time. I wasn’t doing anything shady, they didn’t work out of the box. That’s it.The product itself looks and works great.My only negative is our handles seem way too close to the faucet itself- was told that the plumber followed the template provided. I haven’t looked close but I’d prefer a little more space- they kind of look goofy. My strong suggestion to YOU is to space them a bit wider than the template if it’s possible.Good luck and AWESOME seller.

These faucets are pretty easy to install, the disassembly of the existing one was the longest part. Ordered two and the attach screws were different between them. But install wasn't too difficult, just trying to fit in the space available was the pain.These do flow very very heavily so be aware of that. But they look amazing up.

Awesome quality, very beautiful faucet, easy to install, it took me 20 min to get it running.Looks expensive, looks fancy and gave our bathroom a very elegant look .

We had this installed in April & now in August, we’ve lost water pressure. Checking further, water seems to be catching at the grommet screen; we cleaned that out, but still not water flow. Issues seem to be in the faucet & it’s not possible to fix without replacing. (Photo shows at maximum water flow.)

This product looked great, It worked well with a little less pressure then I had before, but I was ok with it because it looked so good. After 8 months The water pressure was down another half which now is down 3/4 of what I had before I installed this product. Not happy with it at all.

Good looking faucet with bright shiny chrome finish. Well made and functions smoothly.A high quality product.

Well made pc and being in 3 separate parts gives you several mounting options . Still building the vanity but it works great .
