Found it very useful for home workout. Quality is really good. Very sturdy and seems to be durable. A little bit pricey considering the fact that many sellers give such items for free with resistance bands.

The strap and foam are of very good quality. But the plastic core of the foam anchor is not of very good quality, can e improved.Overall, satisfied for value for money and quality.

I'm absolutely pleased with these resistance bands. Amazing alternatives to train muscles, improve strength and stamina at a time when gyms are shut. Great quality, sturdiness and durability. Balanced resistance through out the pull or push. Before time delivery with Amazon is always great to experience.

Excellent product someone can get for this price, I would say its better that any other door anchor available in India's online stores. It has a layer of neoprene stitched where the tube or cable rubs the nylon strap, which reduces the wear and tear on latex tube or cable. Other than this anchor, I liked the one Lifeline manufactures, but that's expensive, made in US.
