The Sriracha Cookbook: 50 "Rooster Sauce" Recipes that Pack a Punch

I've made the sriracha bread, kimchi, and chili. So far all three were delicious and I'll definitely make them regularly. The sriracha bread is great alone, but it's also really good as a grilled cheese sandwich with spicy cheese. The recipes don't require a lot of fancy ingredients. The most exotic ingredient is smoked paprika which is in several recipes. I wish there were fewer seafood recipes, but that's just because we don't eat it at home. Be warned, though, these recipes are not for the super health conscious. The baked Mac and cheese, in particular, would make Paula Deen swoon.

My son loves sriracha sauce, and he loves this cookbook. Recipes look simple enough to easily be followed. You don’t have to be an expert chef to cook any of these. Great idea for a recipe book.

Bought as an xmas present for my brother. He has made several of the recipes in it and loves them. It is a bit of a novelty item - I did originally see it in the Oahu, Hawaii airport gift store. :) Was less expensive on Amazon but was good enough to order right away after reviewing the recipes.

I love this cookbook! Included recipes cover every type of food (snacks; entrees; desserts; beverages), and the very first recipe is one for making homemade Sriracha (it is AMAZING!). The author gives many helpful hints and shortcuts in recipe preparation, as well as multiple variations of each recipe and different serving suggestions. I am slowly working my way through the recipes one at a time, and can honestly say that I've loved each one.

We just got this for a very good friend of ours (who has a Sriracha addition, she might need help) and it's great. Granted it's not ground breaking or will help you win Top Chef, but definitely good for causal cookers looking for quick and easy recipes.The book itself is smaller than your standard recipe book which is nice since it won't take a lot of space in the kitchen. The recipes again aren't ground breaking but they're fun, which is why this gets 5 stars.Great book, have some fun with it!

I had purchased this book as part of my sister-in-law's Christmas gift who happens to be a FOOD nut, and a lover of sriracha! This nailed it! She loved it! I don't know how many recipes she's made from it, but about half, and everyone she says is perfect. The diversity with the range of meals is what she admires most about it.If you have a family member or friend who loves sriracha, this is definitely a must have recipe book! They won't be disappointed!

My hubby is a fanatic about his Sriracha sauce! I found this cookbook mentioned in a magazine and had to buy it as a Christmas gift for hubby. He loved it! This was the perfect valentine's day gift for my husband to go with the sriracha pj pants I bought him. We have used 3 of the recipes so far and we are very happy!

Wow this book is great. I bought it for my husband as he is hooked on Sriracha sauce. I was amazed that the book actually has the recipe in it to make your own Sriracha sauce which was a big bonus.The recipes inside all look pretty simple and good. I can't wait to make the sauce as the ingredients are easily available here and the book is simple to follow. So happy I bought it.

Never heard of the sauce before a small piece in a mag so sourced it and discovered the book, the two go hand in hand, a yummy combination

Die Rezepte in dem Buch sind ganz nett und mit kleinen Anekdoten über die Herkunft versehen. Das Problem ist dass das Buch etwas kurz geraten ist und das die meisten Rezepte erwarten das man aufgrund der Zutaten etwas tiefer in die Tasche greift.Ich will das Buch garnicht schlecht reden, die Rezepte sind super lecker!Wer ab und zu mal etwas besonderes zaubern möchte und dabei nicht auf den Preis achten muss ist das Buch zu empfehlen. Wer schnelle, einfache und günstige Küche erwartet, für den ist dieses Buch nicht zu empfehlen.

My son and I both love sriracha sauce. I knew my son would be moving out soon so I bought this as a Christmas gift for him. He hasn't found a place yet he cant wait to start using this cookbook. I skimmed through it If my husband enjoyed srirach sauce I would have bought myself the book as well!

Great book with easy recipes for someone that isn't too savvy in the kitchen. Would be a good gift for a college student or someone who's moving out of the family nest for the first time.
