Leaking issues twice!
I bought it last year for the first time as both the price and the milk pitcher size were good. It worked well for months when it started leaking from the bottom, through a tiny hole just around the disk area. I did contact the company but just afterwards decided not to get bothered with mailing and waiting, so I bought a new one, this time through Amazon. And guess what? After 8 months of use, I had the same problem again!! But this time I took a picture! I am afraid the milk pitch is not dishwasher safe, it’s the only explanation I can think of (despite being advertised as such). So, as I am losing for the second time my milk frother/heater, I’m rating it just one star because it is simply not acceptable to have the same problem twice.

easy to clean... no burnt crusty residue like my old metal based frother used to do...
this is great... has a metal base that heats the plastic 'cup' on top... easy to clean and no issues like i had with an all metal frother in the past.
